QuickBooks® for Non Profits
Learn specific features in QuickBooks tailored toward non-profit accounting. Track donations, contributions, pledges, and receipts. Send out mailings and thank you letters. Prepare a budget and track program income and expenses. Print a report to assist with Form 990 preparation. Learn how to customize and create reports, customer forms, and much more explicitly for non-profits!

QuickBooks® Advanced Reporting
This class will introduce you to the reporting, letter writing, and template functions in QuickBooks. Learn to customize and modify your financial information, including exporting, memorizing, and using custom fields in reports. Discover templates and how they can be tailored to fit your organization. Find out about creating labels and using information stored in QuickBooks to create personalized letters for your customers, vendors or employees.

QuickBooks® for the Contractor
This class will focus on specific contractor features in QuickBooks.  Learn how to customize item set up for ease of reporting, job costing, and accounting for assemblies in inventory.  Create purchase orders, estimates, and utilize progress invoicing.  Track subcontractor bids, insurance certificates, change orders, and 1099 information.  Discover how to allocate labor burden and overhead to jobs, enter employee time and expenses, generate certified payroll reports, and use billing rates for employees.  Create custom forms and letters for your customers.  Generate contractor specific reports to help you better analyze jobs and your business.
