Refund Policy

Anderson ZurMuehlen Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made by the participant upon receipt of Invoice and /or at the time of the start of the conference. If you cannot attend the conference, you may either transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund. Refunds must be made in writing via email cirwin@azworld.com no less than ten business days prior to the conference start date. A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted from the total registration amount refunded. All refund requests made after that point will be nonrefundable.

We will accept the transfer of your registration to another attendee but request notification no less than ten business days prior to the conference start date so we may prepare conference materials accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Anderson ZurMuehlen makes every attempt to hold the conference as advertised. However, the firm reserves the right to cancel the conference. If there is, a cancellation, there may be rescheduled date or all payments will be refunded to the participants. Anderson ZurMuehlen is not responsible for any other travel expenses incurred by the participant.

Course Update Policy

Anderson ZurMuehlen reviews it trainings every year to ensure the most current content is outlined in the course. All courses include the most recent revision date and are revised to follow changes in relative codes, laws, rulings, decisions, interpretations, etc. In addition, we have a quality control director who reviews courses every two years for accuracy and relevancy.
