Dana Cade, shareholder, provides consulting, reporting and tax planning services for individuals, corporations, partnerships and non-profits.  Client groups served are individuals, small businesses, corporations and nonprofits.  Dana also specializes in international tax consulting and reporting services for US citizens living abroad.

Dana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Helena Chapter of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dana graduated from the Carroll College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration.

She enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors, especially backpacking, rafting, fishing and skiing. She also loves to cook and to discover new cultures.

EXPERIENCE
  •  Income tax preparation, planning and consulting for individuals, corporations, partnerships and nonprofits.

  • Experience with annual compliance and reporting for U.S. Citizens living abroad, including income tax compliance and Foreign Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) compliance for both individuals and the foreign businesses in which they are involved.
  • Navigation of the complex international tax system for both planning and reporting.
  • Experience in successfully bringing qualified clients into compliance with IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program and Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures.
  • Domestic consulting work includes tax and estate planning, gift planning and various tax exempt reporting areas.
  • International consulting work includes cross-border income tax, estate and gift planning as well as entity structure planning and expatriation.
