Paula Johnson, shareholder, specializes in tax planning and preparation, QuickBooks® consulting, preparing and analyzing financial statements. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Montana Society of CPAs.

Paula has been with the firm since 2001 and has a Bachelor of Arts Business with an Accounting option from Montana State University-Billings. Paula enjoys golfing, hiking and camping.

  • Significant tax experience including income tax planning and preparation of returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Extensive consulting and advising in accounting and bookkeeping areas experience including assistance with preparing payroll, quarterly and annual payroll reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable, QuickBooks assistance, monthly financial statements and maintaining appropriate subsidiary schedules for clients.
  • Management advisory services including preparation of financial and tax projections, entity selection, budget preparation assistance, strategic and annual planning, agreed upon procedures, study and evaluation of internal control procedures, financial and cash flow analysis and succession and business continuity planning.
  • Auditing experience including audit examinations, valuation of internal accounting control systems, and financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Clients served include individuals, privately owned companies in a wide range of retail and service industries, partnerships, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
